# Privacy Policy

## Browsing

This site is static. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The hosting provider keeps standard request logs.

Listings show business details published by the Nevada State Contractors Board and OpenStreetMap. Street addresses and phone numbers of businesses are not shown.

## Quote requests

When you send a quote request we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number and/or email address, ZIP code, job type, timing, a short description, and the licensed businesses you selected (up to three). We also record the page you sent it from, the time you gave consent and the version of the consent text, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to limit abuse. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your request under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

- **Who gets it:** only the businesses you selected, and only after you tick the consent box. We do not sell your request or share it with anyone else, except service providers that host and deliver it for us, or where the law requires.
- **How they may contact you:** by phone, text or email, about this request only.
- **Consent is not a condition of any purchase.**
- **Retention:** quote requests are deleted automatically 180 days after they are received.
- **Your choices:** you can ask us to delete a request before then using the contact method shown on this page when quote requests open.

## Google Maps ratings

On trade pages, the top three cards can show a live star rating from Google Maps. When those cards scroll into view, your browser loads the rating directly from Google (Places UI Kit). Google receives your IP address and browser details and processes them under the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). This site does not store, cache or log Google ratings, and they are not used in our ranking. The rating is not loaded for automated browsers and known crawlers.
