Listings are provided as-is from public sources and may be out of date. Verify any contractor’s license with the issuing state board before hiring.

Rankings

The order of licensed businesses comes from our published Standing Score (see the methodology page). It is our own calculation from public license records, not a review, an endorsement or a guarantee of any work. Businesses cannot pay to be listed or to change their position.

Quote requests

The quote-request form is a free service for homeowners. When you send a request, it is shared only with the businesses you selected, who may contact you about it. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a business, we do not perform or supervise any work, and we do not guarantee a reply, a price or a result. Do not send sensitive personal information in the description. Requests are kept for 180 days.

Star ratings on the top three cards of a trade page are Google Maps content shown live from Google. Your use of that content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). The ratings are Google’s, not ours, and they do not affect our ranking.
